Circular economy programme
Our CAPPI Circular programme guarantees closed-loop recycling for the 100% recyclable plastic totes used to transport pharmaceutical products. When you join CAPPI Circular, you become part of a community committed to sustainable reuse and the circular economy.
Plastic tote recycling
We recycle used totes by grinding, washing and granulating them. The regenerated raw material is then reintroduced into the production cycle to manufacture partially recycled totes, using injection moulding to replicate the quality and durability of the original products.
Working with our partners
Developed in collaboration with France’s Technical Industrial Centre for Plastics and Composites (IPC) and the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), the CAPPI Circular programme enables us to test and validate the recyclability of our used totes.
